For Money Orders and Personal Checks, please notify us via e-mail at the time of your purchase. Please allow 3 business days to process Money Orders and up to 5 business days to allow for clearance of Personal Checks. We will ship your purchases once we confirm that your check has cleared.

Shipping We ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, 1st Class and Parcel Post. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your purchases and your zip code. All orders are processed within 72 hours of receipt of payment/check clearance. USPS Priority Mail averages 2-3 business days, anywhere in the United States; 1st Class 2 - 6 business days; Parcel Post 2 - 10 business days .
We offer shipping insurance on all items. Insurance for US Shipping is $1.75 up to $50 and $2.15 for $50 to $100; $2.65 for $100-$200 and $4.70 for $200-$300. Each $100 over this is an additional $.90 per $100. Shipping insurance is required for fragile items such as dried floral products and beach sea glass items and will be automatically included in shipping and handling fees. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation/tracking.
For International Customers, we offer U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail International, Express Mail and 1st Class International. Please contact us for shipping & insurance costs and timeframes.
Gift Services We offer gift services to our customers. Just contact us with the ship to name and address of the recipient and we will confirm shipping and handling charges based on the zip code. We also include an original watercolor gift card with your purchase. For international shipping, please check with us as some countries (e.g., Australia and New Zealand) require quarantine and irradiation of all floral products, something that my affect your decision to ship to some locations. Returns We offer a 7-day money back guarantee for all items. This includes the original shipping and handling fees. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return requests must be made within 7 business days of receiving your purchase.
